TruLearn is led by Mike Hanes, a Quality and HSE leader with 15 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing and gas-turbine maintenance, repair, and overhaul. His work has included building management systems and leading teams across operations, quality, safety, auditing, and training.

TruLearn was built from a simple observation: small and medium-sized businesses need stronger training systems, but rarely have the time or internal capacity to build and maintain them alone.
